The Hospitalization Management Module enables the digital planning, tracking, and recording of the entire process for patients requiring inpatient care in your clinic, from admission to discharge. All created hospitalization records are securely stored by associating them with the patient file, and past records can be easily accessed whenever needed.When creating a new hospitalization record, the patient's admission date, planned discharge date, responsible veterinarian, department, and room information are recorded in the system. Thanks to the department and room structure customized for your clinic, patient placements can be planned, available rooms can be identified, and occupancy rates can be tracked effectively.Treatments applied to the patient throughout the hospitalization process, medication administrations, care procedures, and clinical notes can be added to the relevant hospitalization record. Thus, all information regarding the treatment process is gathered under a single record, simplifying information sharing among clinical teams and ensuring uninterrupted patient care.While the patient's condition is regularly monitored, the hospitalization duration, planned discharge date, and performed procedures can be updated through the system. When necessary, the hospitalization record can be edited, additional descriptions can be added, and the treatment plan can be revised.When the discharge procedure is completed, the hospitalization record is automatically transferred to the patient history. Past hospitalization records, responsible veterinarian information, length of stay, and applied treatments can be viewed, reported, and used in clinical evaluations later on.Thanks to the Hospitalization Management Module, inpatient processes are managed through a centralized structure, clinic organization is strengthened, and patient care processes become more planned, traceable, and efficient.
