e-Invoice and e-SMM Management

The e-Invoice and e-Freelance Professional Receipt (e-SMM) Management Module allows you to quickly, securely, and compliantly manage the conversion of sales transactions carried out in the clinic into electronic documents. All transactions, including examinations, operations, and product sales, can be transferred to the electronic invoicing process via a single screen.

Automatic Document Creation from Sales

After selecting completed examination, operation, or product sales, the electronic document creation process is initiated using the Prepare e-Invoice or Prepare e-SMM options. The system automatically performs tax number and taxpayer checks in the background, transferring the relevant document to the invoicing panel ready for use. This reduces manual data entry and significantly speeds up the document creation process.

Draft Invoice Management

Created documents can be saved as drafts before being sent directly to the Revenue Administration system. Thanks to the Save Draft and Download Draft features, the prepared document can be reviewed digitally, necessary checks can be performed, and after its accuracy is confirmed, the official submission process can be carried out. This process contributes to preventing potential errors and increasing document accuracy.

RA Integration

After the checks are completed, the created e-Invoice or e-SMM is securely sent to the Revenue Administration (RA) system with a single click. Once the submission process is complete, the electronic document is legally created and delivered digitally to the relevant customer. Thus, the entire invoicing process is completed quickly, securely, and seamlessly.

Incoming Invoice Management

The module enables the centralized management of not only generated invoices but also electronic invoices received by the clinic. Incoming invoices can be viewed on a single screen and easily imported into the system. Thanks to imported invoices, manual data entries are minimized, while purchased products can be linked with stock management to automatically update inventory records. This way, accounting, purchasing, and stock processes are managed in an integrated structure.
